Ring Replacements/Exchanges as of January 1, 2023

As of January 1, 2023, in-person ring replacements and exchanges continue to be suspended. There are no iron rings on site at the Camp 1 office and walk-in visitors will not be admitted.  We continue to replace rings via the website application form and exchange rings via Canada Post.

To replace a lost ring, first visit a jeweler to have your finger measured to ensure the best fit.  After doing so, please complete and submit the Replacement Ring order form online.  Rings are generally mailed within two to three business days of your order.

We will exchange your existing ring by mail at no charge. Please visit a jeweler to have your finger professionally measured to ensure the best fit.  Mail your ring with your name, full mailing address and correct ring size to:

Camp 1, 55 St. George Street, Suite 670, Toronto, M5S 0C9.

Upon receipt of your ring, we will immediately mail you a new one.
